Shipping...
Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. Shipping charges will depend on total weight and destination of the shipment.
It may happen that the items you request are not yet available in our store. We're happy to take down your order and notify you as soon as it arrives. Generally, a salesperson will be able to provide expected delivery dates for these items.
Shipping costs are calculated and added to your order during the 2nd step of check out process (this is before your credit card is entered). We will not ship your order or charge your credit card until we receive your approval. At check out you have the options to choose the following shipping methods: FedEx 2Day, FedEx Home (7-10 business days) and USPS (2-3 business days)
International Orders.
We do ship internationally to most countries, however our shopping cart is not configured for international shipping rates. Once you place your order we will calculate the shipping and email you with the correct cost for shipping.

Returns and exchanges...
Items must be returned to Mama Maternity in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached. Shipping
fees are non-refundable. The following items are non-returnable: items purchased on sale, custom order items, and
personalized items. Please contact us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any problems. All sales
become final 14 days after you receive the item(s). Returns must be post-marked within 14 days of your receipt of the
item(s). All Returns must be accompanied by the Merchandise Return Form included with your shipment and ship your item(s)
back to us. To download a new form click here returnform.pdf. It takes one to two weeks to process a return and issue a refund from the time we receive your item(s).
I may not receive a refund and the item(s) may be shipped back to me at
my expense If the Merchandise Return Form is not sent or filled out correctly. Pout reserves the right to dispose of items that have been held longer than 30 days without resolution.
We strongly recommend shipping via UPS or Fedex so you can track
and insure your package. We can not be responsible for items lost or
damaged in the mail. This form must be filled out completely and must
be signed.
